Montrose Association of REALTORS is seeking a part-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The association office, located in Montrose, Colorado, serves over 250 members. Experience with an organization ran by a Board of Directors, financial management skills and strategic thinking are a must. 

The CEO works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the association’s goals are achieved. The candidate will perform a variety of tasks with appropriate delegation. Candidate should be motivated to review and understand the Association Bylaws and Policies.

  • Must have extensive knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Diplomatic & professional communication abilities.
  • Minimum of five years office management experience required.
  • Knowledge of real estate helpful
  • Comprehensive data entry procedure knowledge.
  • Proficiency in reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Experience in education a plus.
  • Arrange monthly meeting planning and facilitation.
  • Budget planning experience.
  • Attend board & committee meetings.
  • Maintain office records.
  • Competent in A/R & A/P
