Montrose AE Position
Montrose Association of REALTORS is seeking a part-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The association office, located in Montrose, Colorado, serves over 250 members. Experience with an organization ran by a Board of Directors, financial management skills and strategic thinking are a must.
The CEO works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the association’s goals are achieved. The candidate will perform a variety of tasks with appropriate delegation. Candidate should be motivated to review and understand the Association Bylaws and Policies.
- Must have extensive knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Diplomatic & professional communication abilities.
- Minimum of five years office management experience required.
- Knowledge of real estate helpful
- Comprehensive data entry procedure knowledge.
- Proficiency in reconciliation of bank statements.
- Experience in education a plus.
- Arrange monthly meeting planning and facilitation.
- Budget planning experience.
- Attend board & committee meetings.
- Maintain office records.
- Competent in A/R & A/P
